Refund and Return Process

Email us first to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) so we can make sure the process is efficient as possible.

Unused, Unworn Item(s)

If it is the wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, or you just didn’t like it, you can return your unused, unworn items.

Return unworn item(s) purchased at thekiwicrossing.com 45 days from the date of the order for a complete refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging unused, unworn,  not washed and in resellable condition.  Item(s) must be in original new condition.

This will help us process your refund quicker.  All refunds will be issued in the same manner as original order was paid.  Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing.

Exchanges are not available.  Please place a new order for the item(s) wanted.

After receiving all required information for your claim, our customer service team will acknowledge your claim within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for determination of claim and 7-10 business days during peak holiday (Nov, Dec, Jan) season. If your claim is not covered by our guarantee, we will notify you of our decision.

*Failure to include any portion of the requested information may result in a significant delay or denial of your claim.

Things we don’t cover:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Bites from animals.  Our garments are not animal play toys.
  • Burned.  We don’t cover fire damage.
  • Lost in laundry.  We only warranty pairs of identical socks.
  • Basic wear and tear.
